The Lost Voices

The Lost Voices is Foinse’s newest re‑imagining of an ancient Irish tale—an odyssey of bloodlines, betrayal and the long journey back to oneself. Following a silent child who becomes a reluctant king, this myth pulses with druidic curses, fierce mother‑love, haunting lullabies and the deep wisdom of the land.
From the shores of Corca Dhuibhne to the halls of Tara, voices are taken, broken, buried—and finally reclaimed. Through physical theatre, original music, and Foinse’s signature weaving of Irish and English, The Lost Voices explores how trauma echoes across generations, how truth resurfaces no matter how deeply hidden, and how healing begins when silence is broken.
Premiere: This event marks the première of Foinse’s new show at Féile na Bealtaine, following sell‑out performances in each of the past two years.
